I have to be honest I kind of flaked on this one because it was an unexpected pie stop, but the pies were great. Their whole place is basically a pie-shrine. I did make a video (below) though.

Pie Report (supplemental): Buck’s Country Bakery, Yarck. Chunky Beef and Pepper. Huge slow cooked pieces of beef, pepper gravy with a lasting tang, and a slightly forgiving structural profile. Superb, even at home.
