Steak, Cheese, & Pepper (I should be more adventurous). Deep round pie with a thick crust and thick lid delivers unparalleled structural integrity, while the filling contains quality chunky slow cooked beef, melted cheese / pic.twitter.com/QVSddKaRex
and a lasting pepper tang. Apparently these are “Hand Crafted Wonder Pies by Ray Capaldi”. I would like to shake Ray Capaldi by the hand. Absolute classic of the genre.
